Ingredients

• 4-5 strawberries, hulled

• 1 ¼ ounce Aperol

• 2 ounces sparkling wine

• Splash of soda water

Get Shaking

1. Place the strawberries in a glass and muddle until they are macerated 

2. Add ice and the remaining ingredients to the glass

3. Stir to combine

4. Enjoy!
