Where do you deliver for your Drop Off Delivery Service?
We honor delivery in zip codes that correspond to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island and some zip codes in Noth Jersey and Long Island..

What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept:
Wire transfers
All Major Credit Cards ( American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover)

Can you come with me for a site inspection?
Once you’ve secured our catering and events services, our event project manager will join you for your site inspection and/or final walkthrough.

Can you book a venue for me?
Although we can make introductions and recommendations, venues are booked directly by the client.

Can you provide the bar at my venue?
We can provide bar services at any venue that does not already have a New York State liquor license.

Can you cater at any venue?
Most venues will allow a client to bring in any caterer they choose; however, some venues have restrictions.

Are you insured?
Yes, we currently have liability and workers’ compensation in addition to liquor insurance.

Do you offer alcohol and bar service?
Brooklyn Braised Events is one of few fully licensed caterers offering bar service and alcohol catering in New York State. Let us take care of all the permitting, coordinating, transport, and staffing so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Can you create custom cocktails or mocktails?
Absolutely, a custom cocktail or mocktail recipe has a rate of $200 per beverage.

Can you create a custom menu?
Absolutely, a custom menu has a rate of $75.

Can you provide servers and bartenders?
Yes, absolutely, we recommend 4-5 servers per 100 guests; and 2 bartenders per 100 guests.

Can you provide to-go containers so that our guests can take home items at the end of the event?
Absolutely! We charge $2.00 per person.

Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
We do not cut cakes that our pastry chef has not designed—the baker of your desired cake must be on site to cut your cake.
If Chef Ebow has desigend the cake, there is no cake cutting fee.

Do you offer tastings?
Absolutely—for all events where the per person rate (for food) is $75 or greater.
Tasting fees are dedecuted from ths final charge if service is booked.
This fee may not be refunded if a client shedule changes, the fee must be transfered to another date.

Must I have an event planner?
We charge an event management fee for all events with 50 or more guests that have no event planner contracted.
This fee is 10% of your total event charge.
