Role Overview:

Our Lead Cooks will take guests on a culinary adventure in an immersive and entertaining atmosphere. You will lead your team of prep and line cooks helping them to fine-tune their culinary skills, grow their careers, and fuel their passion for food. No two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing kitchen staff, educating and sharing food passion

  • Lead by example, setting the tone for an efficient work pace

  • Prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and efficiently

  • Accurately forecast guest needs when planning production lists and prioritizing tasks

  • Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years’ experience working as a line cook

  • Knife skills

  • Experience working on multiple kitchen stations

  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts

  • Experience leading a team

  • Catering experience

  • Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry
