Lychee Rose Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz lychee syrup

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz rose water

  • 1 ½ oz tequila blanco

  • 2-3 lychees, for garnish

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients

  2. Shake until chilled

  3. Strain into a coupe glass

  4. Garnish with lychees
